Technical expertise behind the scenes
Development Partners bring the specialist knowledge, funding relationships, and institutional experience that help the ReMi project stay effective and up to date. They work alongside government and local structures rather than in place of them.
This includes technical assistance in designing reintegration services, strengthening the institutional capacity of government partners and Employment Service Centers, and introducing innovations that improve how services are delivered. Development Partners also help capture lessons learned and share them across districts, so good practice from one area can benefit returnee migrants elsewhere.
